adderall

i take 7.5 of adderall 2x daily 9 am and 3 pm get tired a few hours after taking it ...is it possible to cause tiredness.....feel better after a bout 5 hours ...is it wearing off or just kicking in .......feel better after about 5 hours more alert.....can it be having the opposite effect
