hi. id be mostly concerned about raising blood levels of the neuroleptics. do you have any EPS, akathisia, etc.?
the prozac I take has -definitely- increased the effects of the abilify. im on a moderate dose, so...i roll with it, mostly because the prescriber didn't seem gung ho about a dosage reduction...
but with the doses of what you're taking, plus the sedation...id be concerned, most definitely.
sorry to be a bummer bob. psychiatrists are well aware the antidepressants raise neuroleptic blood levels...i read a brief paper once that offered the explanation that what antidepressant treatment 'really' does in schizophrenia is alleviate mood problems by boosting neuroleptic levels. ugh. shrinks.
