Anxiety cuz Venlafaxine is wearing off?

Hi guys,

i take 37.5 mg Venlafaxine at night. Could it be that my afternoon anxiety is because Venlafaxine has worn off?

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
Blueberries!!!
Orthomolecular
