Why? I don't know. Maybe I am learning things. My mentality changes. I haven't made changes to my meds in three years, so that can't be it. I can encourage you to seek out help not just in the form of pills. It works. Maybe the pills set the baseline to make this possible. Don't know.
There is a number of people who recover without meds or without med changes. It looks a bit like a dead end when i see people chasing psychopharmaceutical heaven here. You can do meds, but try not to make it your only measure of getting well (again).
The desperation touches me. No one should have to endure this. Thats all I have to say.
