Now I've gone from 75mg to 100mg and my mood has improved almost immediately, but (and it's a big but) these improvements don't seem to last beyond a few days. I guess I've only been on it at a therapeutic dose (at least 75mg) for 11 days so will give it time and hope that the feeling lasts this time out.
