Cytomel T3 positive and negatives for bipolar

I have been taking cytomel for bipolar depression. At first at 25mg I thought it was stabilising my mood, but I was feeling very warm. Since reaching 75 my anxiety, tinnitus and rapid cycling has really worsened and my depression too.

Wondered if this has happened to anyone else? Would a switch to t4 work as I have seen this suggested, maybe start with a low dose and if I start getting warm etc. move back down?
