i've been taking before diazepam, phenibut, and used it for anxiety. I started diazepam and noticed a reduced amount of anxiety, and some relaxation. It's not really pleasant, but for some reason now when i take it, there's something missing. Sometimes i have to phenibut with it, and noticed a perfect relief. It's low dose of it, but phenibut hits gaba-beta receptors and diazepam does not. I was taking it for a long time, and i think body exects now gaba-beta receptors to be hit. 10mg of valium, yes relief of anxiety, but it's hard to say but it's like not enough, or there' something missing, and my hint is gaba-beta receptors, instead of alpha. I noticed improved mood, when i took low dose of phenibut, and fixed the missing anxiety relief.
I really hope taking it so long exepting beta recepts over alpha, they both work for anxiety, but in different ways.
