I'm sure bumping up Lamictal helped a bit also, but Marplan definitely works Wells for me. I have how we all can be so different w these medicines. If you are planning on switching back to Nardil or Parnate I personally wouldn't wait all that long. Particularly if you go back to Nardil (hydrazine definitive also). I've gone Marplan to Nardil to maplan to Nardil w.o. any days off.
My current meds which have me optimistic and productive (computer work I do):
Marplan 60
Lamictal 300 (Unichem verified by Valisure)
Metformin 2000 (Mylan 500x4 IR verified by Valisure)
Seroquel 25 Lupin for sleep
