i know, they say your an addict so many times, its basically your name. Even with, small cases, that did not require rehab like me. I just brush through it, i've been to rehabs, diffrent ones with diffrent programs, i know all their stuff, group therapy, meditation, talk to counselor and they say your addict like its your name. See a psychiatrist that doenst do anything.

It was 2009, when i got traumatized, and im not making, it was a train wreck hit. My doctor, therapist, and someone i know, all were having meetings together, without me knowing it. I walked into the psychiatrist session, and said how your doing, he had a string look on his face, said work with the doses, he said your going off your meds, i couldnt believe it, he threw me out into the street with all these meds with horrid withdrawls. Then went to rehab, they put me on xanax xr, i knew ... all rehabs, xanax is a black box, but they used the XR form, but they gave me only 2mg, i had to wing it. I endured it, then all this bad events happened. That's what really hit me, these bad events that happened all at once. Then going to another rehab....same thing, same program, psychiatrist won't work even with anxiety and atttention problems. I know how addiction doctors are, say you have a a problem, then give other patients benzos and stimulants, while i was in rehab. If it ever happened again, automated systems are just activated, same thing.

i was taking phenibut for years for anxiety, severe anxiety, the doctor said do coping skills. I said screw that, i heard about phenibut, its not euphoric, and it does relieve anxiety. I was taking high dose, this med is hell in withdrawls, nervouness, can't sleep, feel like you losing mind. I went to doctor and told her, i was shaking, found out it can cause siezures. She used diazepam, and just thankfully i was able to stay on it. Most addiction doctors, put you on it, then take it out. I'm on low dose, its boring benzo. Your just calm, on diazepam, no xanax or ativan feeling.

But that's what happened to me too, they push that phrase your an addict, so many times, it becomes your name.
