Have you ever combined methylfolate with NAC?
There is a product called Cerefolin that contains both substance and is sold in the United States as a "medical food". It is better to dose each substance independently, in my opinion. It would be a heck of a lot cheaper to go to the vitamin store, of course. The only thing you need to worry about is the quality of the separate supplements compared to Cerefolin. I don't know.
