Street worker here....OK, just one use of crystal meth should cause no worry. Many snort or inject amps on a regular basis. They are not "zombies" like tv-land portrays them. A number of my clients are speed ball users for many years and many are actually very functional, and active in the community.
"Illegal drugs" aren't much different than "legal drugs".
