it's been 3 months since discharge from hospital im telling you phenibut withdrawl is hell, So....phenibut is a gabapentinoid (just like nuerontin and lyrica) but it's also a GABA-B agonist, and at high doses it reslemles a benzo, because it does hit GABA-A sites at high doses. It has antidepressant effect, and at some doses, its dependant, but it can cognitivly stimulating, it can put you in a good mood, creativty, with relaxation at the same time. Nuerontin has no effect on GABA sites, none. But one thing i notice, it's relaxing...it's an anticonvultant, but it has no, none effect on GABA. It's an analogue of GABA nuerotransmitter. It increases GABA concentrations, but has no effect on their actions (sites) it does take the shakes away, and has small antidepressant effect. Gabapentin has bad withdrawls too when abruptly stop it. Insomnia and a little bit of hell with it. Usally have a doctor under care, so you won't have to deal with raw withdrawl.
US there are lots of cases of withdrawls happened. During 2017-2019 the consumption or buying of it skyrocked, big time. Then that's when it became known to the FDA, of having to be hospitalized. But see lower doses, there fine, but you can't take phenibut more than 3-5 days because that's when tolerance comes. Lower doses are safe when taken for a few days, but people are bumping up the dose, that's whats happening.
