thyroid hormone levels are okay, although they weren't in the past....I haven't tried anti-adrenergic agents yet... I wanted to try propranolol, but haven't come to it yet.
With drugs like Nortriptyline it's kinda difficult to distinguish the different effects: might be caused by NRI, or might be caused by anticholinergic properties, or might be caused by 5HT2 antagonism... f*ck knows!
