i went through phenibut withdrawl (very high doses) and it took me months for my GABA receptors to normalize. At the psych, they gave me librium which is benzo but it had little effect because of tolerant gaba receptors. I was taking phenibut for years, and it was hell going off it. Most people take low doses and not all the time.
Let's see, you did meth twice with bad reactions that had you pass out, i'm not trying comfort falsivity but you proably will recover but it will take a long time. I'm not ... i don't know whole situation but meth yes damages dopamine and other receptors but i've known meth addicts...they have a personality and everything, so its not like his is going to be determinetal in later periods. Just stay away from the meth, take good supplements and let your brain heal from excessive use
Heavy means usally over long periods of time, like when you hear the term 'heavy benzo use' that means high doses, and long periods, excessive use.
