I think Seroquel has D1 partial receptor agonism. I was just on Seroquel a short while, but I found, in the begining, Seroquel made me very, very grumpy in the morning. (after taking ir Seroquel at night.) Other times, though I was fine. Mind you, I was combining Seroquel with Risperdal, Zyprexa, Nozinan. It worked really good sometimes, others, meh..
