To little avail. Not screwing around with a ton of meds helped as well.

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
Blueberries!!! and Orthomolecular
