going from 30 to 20 in one step led to a delayed reaction. 1, 2 months down the line...i was glad I'd been prescribed a lower dosage, but...wow. I had to adjust, let's put it that way.
I think a very, very slow approach is wise. I still haven't heard about a referral to the new to me psychiatrist, so...??? maybe I'm stuck at the clinic? could be worse.
