In short: the serotonin 5-HT7-antagonism is achieved at lower doses than the dopamine D2-antagonism, and this may be responsible for the antidepressant (as opposed to the antipsychotic) effect. Meanwhile, with much higher doses, the D2-antagonism can reach levels that may produce dysphoric effects.
