Yea, this study just focused on certain medications. From others I've see Luvox is the front runner for having potential to help w/ COVID infection. This is because it acts on the sigma-1 receptor unlike most other SSRIs/etc.
I think they're doing trials w/ Luvox to see how it might affect the course of illness. The medications in this study are speculative.
