For example, yes. But others, too. I just have to make it through this withdrawal period. Of course I don't know if it will turn out to be a good decision, but I am optimistic. Another reason why I want to do this is that I think there were things to be desired in terms of Serotonin. I couldn't take very high doses of Venlafaxine and Trazodone. At higher dosages, Venlafaxine would take the fun out of sex and Trazodone would make me anxious. My hope is that 5-HTP will have no such restrictions and thus I can get a decent dose that will make me feel good. I think anorgasmia is much less common with 5-HTP than with any reuptake inhibitors, although Trazodone is an exception.
