I think some microdoses of meds have more theraputic benefit, for many, on mental health. I posted my experience above on the 'Amphetamine for Schizophrenia' thread. They are using microdoses of the 'recreational' drugs, like MDMA, and magic
shrooms and such. Here in Canada, you can buy them at 'unlicensed' cannabis shops. (They aren't really legal, but it seems the police turn a bit of a blind eye.) Also, as below, this is not just with 'psychedelic' drugs..but with mainstream prescribed meds. So, I'd highly suggest trying microdoses of meds, and give it 2+ weeks or so. YMMV, etc....Here is some research..

"It is reported that 15 of the 20 largest pharmaceutical companies have now used microdosing in drug development, and the use of the technique has been provisionally endorsed by both the European Medicines Agency and the Food and Drug Administration. It was once expected that by 2010, human microdosing would have gained a secure foothold at the discovery-preclinical interface, driven by early measurement of candidate drug behavior in humans and by irrefutable economic arguments."
