they have b6 in 500mg stregth, but im just quoting from what i read, 500-above can be risky for nerve damage or alteration. I actually have 500mg strength, then i read 1000mg is linked to nerve damage. So i split the tablet in half and take 250mg. But for some wierd reason when i take alot of b vitimens i get irrtible later at night, ill just be in really bad mood. That could just be placeobo effect. But b6 is synthiesis mechanism to convert serotonin and other nuerotransmitters
