It is more of a general feeling that has creeped in in the last 5 years than an acute worsening. This sh*t just slows me down. I mean, it does the opposite of what drugs do. Who wants that? I am not saying I want to take drugs, but I don't like taking "antidrugs" either. I want some elation sometimes :( Yeah, maybe I can considerably reduce them once I worked through my psychological issues with my psychologist. My attitude changes in a good way, I can tell.
I still am confronted with BS, but it doesn't consume me anymore. I get a text or whatsapp I don't like, think about it for 10 minutes and then move on. Couldn't do that previously.
