It seems like I have a slight thyroid issue

So yeah, there are two lumps and TSH was slightly above what it should be. Has anyone had any success with oral T3? I know in my case this won't cure me, but I have been more sluggish lately than usual. Do you think it is a problem to take 250mcg iodine? The Dr suggested going down to 150.

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
