an occasional ativan for agitation or restoril for sleep is not ideal, but...effective, usually. and yet...

longer term use creates problems for a lot of people. so, there's that. :-(

never did well with z-hypnotics, personally. extra ativan or klonopin, yes. restoril, yes. but not so much ambien or sonata.
