HELP!!! first post here~maybe can get some answers

Subject: headaches!!!!!!!!!
I started the Lexapro 6 weeks ago. Recently, I've been having headaches. It could be due to my menses or it could be stress.
In any case, does anyone know what 'alternative' route I can take to help these dang things?????
They hurt. I was taking Advil, helped a little, but they're getting worse. Is there anything/substance you know of that really helps headaches? (Legal of course;))
They aren't getting as bad as some migraines I've experienced in the past~which I take Amerge for, but I want to prevent these things and going the alternative route has me wondering.
What will help?
