Just remember a lot of those amounts quoted a "male" amounts not "female" amounts.
Tyrosine 2000mg is a male amount, 500mg is a female amount. I can't take the tablet, I have to take a powdered capsule or the powder or I don't absorb it..and get no effect, except yuk feeling in stomach! I actually get mine from Thorne Research in the US.
The vitamins etc., I can't take a lot due to the fillers and if you take too many together they interact and stop you absorbing them properly...like iron and calcium can't be taken together, and zinc will interfere with iron......so its best just to work out what you really need and what is needed to be taken with it to max absorption and then take one multi as well. Oh and some interact with meds as well.
When I need large amounts, say of magnesium or calcium , I try to buy powders and mix myself..but that's hard to find.
I think it's better in the US as you have a lot more choice. I'm forced to import(err smuggle?) some from the US as they are not approved here.
So far I've got them in as I only order small amounts at a time, but at $50 postage each time...
These are important to me..like methylcobalamin.
Also all vitamins/supplements aren't the same..some are really just junk and don't contain what they say on the label.
