is serotonin syndrome a perm. problem?

i had serotonin syndrome a little while ago and it really messed me up. the physical syptoms lasted a few days.. it's been about 5 days since the really bad stuff went away but i'm still unable to relax as much. I'm afraid to smoke marijuana because it only made the serotonin thing worse.
so here are my questions
does serotonin syndrome have any perminent side effects?
will the restlessness go away?
will i ever be able to smoke marijuana again?
... or am i going to always be uncomfortable and annoyed?
i've already quit, but i'd like to chill w/ some friends back home and smoke a doobie at some point in my life.
and if you know at all... is wellburtin SR a bad idea after that happened?
