Ron, please understand. I feel uncomfortable with the way you ask your questions. You may simply be both curious and highly motivated, but that's not how it feels to me. It feels like you're setting people up, like maybe we don't know the answers to these questions, but you do.
Take your time, please. Don't ask so many questions, jammed together into a blob. There are many people here who can help you find a better understanding, if that's what you're looking for. I say if, because it's not clear to me what you're after.
