The fillers are reaonable. ..so now you know you can tolerate
Dicalcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcelulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Carnauba WaxThe DIFFERENT fillers in the multi vit/min that leaves you anxious cellulose..contained in methylcelulose..so should be OK for you
, vegetable oil powder..probably OK
, croscarmellose sodium, .... probably OK..unsure
and coating...could possibly be a culprit if an artificial color like tartrazine? What you can best do is list all the things in the one you can take..and note they are all OK for the future...then treat anything DIFFERENT in a tablet you react to as sus...eventually with a no of tablets considered you should be able to narrow it down to just a few sus ingredients.
I know I have some fillers that are supposedly inert, and on testing I can't dissolve them in anything either, but they give me asthma every time, so go figure...none are on your lists
Hope this helps, it's a slow process
