did u mean tryptophan the amino acid?

When you say you get a headache that happens with alot of supplements and drugs that cross the brain barrier or have something to do with the brain, if you know what i mean.
I wouldnt say its a rise in blood pressure.
Its like i took picamilon (gaba and niacin) that gave me a headache unless i took it with food. I took prozac once ( only took one and decided against going down that route) and i had a headache and light headedness for 2 days.
