I recommend taking a furanosterol-type natural suppplement like Tribulus Terrestris along with Sam-e. Tribulus is a natural testosterone production promoter via enhancing the production of luteinizing hormone. DHEA (25 mg/day or less) can also help.

I prepared a stack, in the form of a supplement shake that has worked incredibly well for both my wife and I in terms of increasing our sex drive.

Here's my own version of "Love Potion # 9" (this stuff really works; no joke):

Buy a 5lb supply of whey protein powder (flavored nicely, say chocolate). At about 25 g per scoop, this will give you roughly 100 servings once spiked with the other ingredients.

Now you need to add 100 DHEA tablets (25 mg each), and 100 SAM-e tablets (200 mg each) in a blender. Make sure everything is broken down to fine powders. Otherwise, some sort of sieving and further crushing will be necessary.

You also need about 100 Tribulus Terrestris 200 mg caplets (these can be split in halves and its powdery contents is what you really care about), and 200 g creatine powder (I recommend the citrate form in finely divided powder form. This gives a little muscle stamina but is well beyond what folk pumping iron usually take).

Mixing the five solids evenly takes a little patience. The whole process took me about one hour. But man, it was time well spent judging from the results! Even though the suggested dosages are well below what muscle heads take, I would cycle this aphrodisiac shake once the stack is gone. That is, take one month off before preparing a new one. Finally (Important!), add one tbsp sugar to each shake serving. A scoop of the stack can be blended with a little crushed ice and one-half glass of milk.

One word of caution: If she is the one lacking some sex drive (which doesn't seem to be your case if I read you correctly), by naturally increasing yours the (your) couple may still find itself off-balance. If that's the case, whoever is less interested in intimacy should take one scoop of the stack, while the other should be taking less than one.

Good luck,

The Alchemist
