I think you should stop reading books by quacks. That's what I think.

Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide), for example, is often supplied as a liquid, but it is not dissolved magnesium.....the milkiness is due to very fine solid particles suspended in water. It's no more absorbable than mag hydroxide tablets. They both need to be dissolved first. The only advantage is that the liquid form already has small particles, but if you chew the tablets (like you're sposed to)....
