Sorry, I feel like a thread hijacker here.
I'm afraid most of the NADH folks are going to turn out to be atypical depressives or CFS-sufferers rather than GAD/SPs, so I think you won't get much relevant feedback.
To the extent that NADH is claimed to boost neurotransmitter synthesis I would say it is at least worth a shot.
