Yeah I wasn't really up to having the adaptogenic herbs versus stimulant herbs conversation either.
But it is dangerous to lump all ginsengs together when they have vastly different properties.
Just wanted to state that siberian ginseng (eleutherococcus senticosus) is considered an adaptogen.
I hear you on the simplification though.
