Ugh. I don't want to feel sleepy ... I already get more than enough sleep. I'm sleeping probably 14 hours a day between my regular night time sleep and naps during the day with my infant. That's the right amount of sleep for an infant, and it's certainly comforting to me, but that only lasts until I wake up and find out I slept through all of my opportunities for the day.So ... maybe Tryptophan is not the answer for me. My tiny dose of 5HTP seemed to even out my moods without causing sleepiness. I'm still looking for info on safety while nursing, though. I would think there would be some info about this in Europe, wouldn't you?
Thanks for the feedback ...
