INOSITOL! does it increase anxiety to start with?

I want to use this stuff for GAD it has GABA and niacinamide in it too, also i want to use fish oil. Sound good?
Just wondering if my anxiety may increase like with SSRI's and 5htp does sometimes!
How can i avoid this if it does?
