Think people use supplements to avoid the frug route as many of them play with the brain chemicals like drugs but arent as risky.I want to use a supplement with inositol, GABA and niacinamide in it, and fish oil wont hurt as we all need some omega 3.
Any suggestions on that for me?Thanks alot
claire :)
