I wanted some Tryptophan to try so ordered some from QHI. They have a minimum order value policy so I ended up adding some piracetam and some hydergine to make up the order value.
I've taken one 500mg tablet of tryptophan each morning on an empty stomach.......cant say i've noticed much of a reaction yet though after just two doses, just seems to make me a bit sleepy and sluggish. Am I taking it at the right time or is it better to take it later int he evening? Comments welcome.
Not tried the Hydergine yet though, but the piracetam seems to be having an effect. Those dark ruminating thoughts seemed to have eased somewhat and my anxiety levels seem to have dropped a bit with me feeling rather more relaxed and comfortable around people. Still a loooong way to go yet but a notable change in such a short period of time.....I hope its not just placebo effect. Has anyone else tried piracetam and has it helped them at all? My guess is its taken away a bit of the apathy and given me a bit of motivation and hence the ruminations which just flood in to fill the void have naturally just been pushed aside as a natural reaction to my mind having a more natural stimulus? I've noticed this in the past when some kind of supplement has taken away some of my apathy and given me some motivation, its like a cascade of good occurrring with every negative effect just getting bulldozed aside....its a wonderful feeling when it happens, unfortunately it just doesnt happen enough :-(
Hoping you all had a good festive season and glad to see Larry back posting after what seemed a rather severe punishment for his "crime".TJ
