This is how we figured it when the question was asked before.
Flax oil is basically useless for men. Women can convert things into omega 3 easier than men can, since they pass on so much when they give birth, thus they evolved to be able to get it from more sources. Thats why some women get depressed after giving birth, because all their omega 3 went to the bady.
So get your omega 3 from the fish oil instead, and its all good.
You can get it from Sam's Wholesale Club cheap.
