Their official site mentions they add vitamin B, which you can get anywhere and would automatically help people whose problems are caused by a difficiency in it. It also mentions it has 5-HTP, which doesn't work unless you have something with it to keep it from being released before it gets to the proper part of the brain.

Only one person I found says it worked for them, and they had few post, so they might be working for the company. Oh well. I've seen far too many products advertising themselves like that to be anything more than bitter and skeptical.
