i have been using both, to great relief and uplifting advantage.
The fish oils have proven themselves to me a thousand times over, hands down ~through both mood stabilization and uplifting/grounding. They are part of my regular nourishment intake. And i really notice the difference "in the pits" when i haven't included my fish oils in my regular nourishment intake.
GABA is new to me and i am presently observing it's effects.... i take GABA Calm, as suggested by my Doc @ the Amen Clinic. It IS calming. But the jury's still out for me; re: advantages that are the right fit for me, and worth the co$t.
