Hi,
I am switching from effexor to 5 htp just to see if it will work, and if not will go back to effexor. I have major depression and SSRI's help alot but I hate the side effect. Can anyone write me and tell me if you have had success with 5 htp? and how long did it take to kick in? just curious. I hope it works, although I realize it may not, it would be brilliant to hear good stories from those it has worked for!
