Greetings all
I have horrible insomnia, made worse by anxiety about insomnia. I currently take 15 mg of prozac during the day,
I don't know how many of you can relate, but my day life works fine if I sleep - my problem is since I started taking sleeping pills (ambien) and benzos(ativan or klonopin, but not both) - I no longer sleep without them. What are some successful alternatives that people have used to stop this cycle of sedatives and start sleeping normally again? I feel like enough is enough...
