Are you speaking of powdered chocolate with water or the bitter chocolate that you break off and boil in water?

My family is Latin American and that is how my stepmother makes hot choclate.

She also has mentioned to me that when she lived on a farm in Colombia, they used to chew cacao...So is this the kind of hot chocolate I would want to be making?

I should mention that I am "stimulated enough after some 5 days or so that I cannot fall asleep. I can take 6 mgs of klonopin and a ton of neurontin but can't fall asleep!

I bet seroquel is back in the picture for me..........I hate that f----g drug.

Anyway, what kind of hot chocolate are you referring to? Are you very sensitive to meds to begin with?

Merci, merci ;-)

> For me hot chocolate with selegiline is a huge over the top boost as it makes it hard to sleep if I drink even 1 cup a day & forget it if I drink 2 as I won't get much sleep for 2 days then. I'm afraid that Cocoa extract would be to much for me. yes selegiline blocks the breakdown of phenylethylamine very very effectively so watch how much of it you take in as a small amount goes a very long ways.
