I tried it after reading healthcare advocate Mary Shomon's recommendation. It gave me a terrible headache all three times I took it (and I rarely get headaches). I'm not sure why - maybe the large amount of malic acid. I bet it's good if you can tolerate it because it's Dr. Teitelbaum's product. Have you read his book "From Fatigued to Fantastic"? It has a lot of good information (particularly for someone who can afford to buy 10 million supplements a week). If you do decide to try his vitamins, please report back and let me know how it works for you. (BTW, you can get it at iHerb.com for about $30.)
