I caught you kind of late on this post, so hope it doesn't scroll off the board.
I started using progesterone cream about 6 mos ago and noticed a HUGE difference in my outlook. I didn't wake up in the morning wondering who I would murder next. Just kidding, but it was bad.
You really have to be careful what brand you use. I use BioEntopic 2% Micronized natural progesterone cream. In each 1/4 tsp I get 20mg of progesterone. That's very important. The first jar of cream I bought (can't remember the brand)only supplied about 5mgs.
