You could consider

tyrosine say 500 mg on an empty stomach (at least 1/2 hr before brekkie) first thing when you wake in the morning

and with brekkie
B6 25mg (or preferably P5P B6 10-20mg) and
magnesium 300mg (and maybe the same amount before bed at night)
zinc 10mg-25mg (couple of times a week)

the amounts are guidelines only of course.

Other thing that may help is if your ferritin blood levels are less than 50..try some iron with lunch or dinner..ferritin probably ideal around 70ish often low in females, occasionally in males

CoQ10 is probably helpful too
