i have a few questions....i want to take something for anxiety/depression & energy (i just got off effexor after a month of treatment & am new to all this)
what is 5htp? does that work with SJW- do u take both or just one? i currently take a MVI and just started fish oil.
can someone tell me about those and maybe other suggestions that are good for depression/fatigue (prob related to the depression).
i would really appreciate it - thank u
