Thanks Laurie_lu,
I remember taking it about the same time (5 yrs ago) but I cannot remember if it helped.
I only remember that it was really popular at the time...and I wanted to help calm my anxiety.
Soon after I was prescribed Zoloft...and ...well the rest of the story Ive already posted on the
Psycho Med Site.
Maybe I will look into it again...
